Shipping policy

All of our products are made and shipped from Canada.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and seasonal high-volume delays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Orders from United-States customers:

By purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of our products in your country. Consequently, you are responsible for all associated import costs, including duties and brokerage fees. An estimated cost for these fees is available at checkout in the shipping method under the shipping cost.

We ship exclusively via UPS to the United States to ensure reliable delivery and efficient processing of import payments.

Duties & Taxes:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT). If you refuse to pay these duties, we cannot provide a refund as the courier will dispose of the package rather than returning it to us.

Please note that Truxistm is not responsible for customs or brokerage fees, and these charges are non-refundable.

 

P.O. Boxes:

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Address Accuracy:

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will charge for the cost of reshipping the item.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted for fulfillment at our warehouse. If it is too late to cancel, you must follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
